Dr. Christian Hübner, Director of the Regional Programme Energy Security and Climate Change in Latin America of KAS, an expert on issues of Energy Transition "Energiewende", geopolitics of energy security and economic evaluation of climate policy instruments, will take part in this edition.

The conference will be focused on the topic "Energy Security and Climate Change in Latin America", and will be held in the Training and Business Centre of the CDS in Panama.
