Accessing the Global Energy Market to Enhance Local Energy Security: the Latin American case

The event will be realized by Brazilian Center for International Relations (CEBRI) and the Institute of International Studies at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru(IDEI).

It will search the discussing of optimizing the rational use of energy resources on integration platforms, which provides security and warrant the universal access to energy.

At the same time, it will emphasize the importance of local energy security and changing energy policies in the region.
