The ATVerde Brazil and the Konrad Adenauer Foundation jointly organize the Latin American forum on green infrastructure. The event is going to take place during the TeCobI Expo in May 2014 and focuses on green roofs which improve the atmosphere and well-being of the cities.
The program of the forum holds presentations of best practice examples of Latin American infrastructure projects as well as exposures of rain water and drains in matters of their important role regarding the irrigation of the green roofs and the proximate reutilization. Another crucial concern of this event is to indicate the important function of the public policy, which needs to focus more on this issue. The event also counts with the participation of high-ranking representatives from Columbia and Bolivia, who are developing relevant projects for that topic.
