In recent years structure and prices of carbon emissions trading have gone through a complex development process in developing countries. Nowadays, both European countries and private initiatives are investing in the Latin American carbon market in order to advance climate change mitigation. On March 6, Peruvian and German experts from the public, academic and private sector are meeting to discuss the benefits, advances and challenges of the carbon market in Peru with the aim of green growth.
