Discussant: Prof. Dr. Anabel Ternès v. Hattburg, Managing Director GetYourWings and German Healthy Digitization Initiative (Deutsche IGD), Head of the Institute for Sustainability Management at the Rehabilitation Heidelberg Foundation (SRH) University of Applied Science Berlin.
Prof. Dr. Anabel Ternès von Hattburg is a digitization and communication expert. She is among others Board member of the BCCG, board member of Bitkom AK Work 4.0 & Innovation and chairman of the board of trustees of the Foundation for a Flexible Workingplace (Stiftung flexible Arbeitswelt). As CEO of GetYourWings, she develops digital tools for imparting future skills. Anabel Ternès heads the Institute for Sustainability Management and holds a professorship for International Business Administration. She is the author of more than 50 books. She has been managing business development in international companies for several years.

Amalia Konstantakopoulou has studied Economics at the National and Kapodestrian University of Athens and is a postgraduate student of the National Technical University of Athens (MBA). She has worked in the fields of communication and marketing for companies and organisations such as UPS, Nestle, MTVGR, Swarovski, the Greek National Tourism Organization and ministries, as well as a communications consultant of the Fashion Week, where she collaborated with Greek and foreign designers for Fashion Weeks such as the ones in Moscow and New York. Four years ago she founded The Tipping Point, an organisation whose goal is to enhance the empowerment of the youth in the even most remote village of Greece, to discover their interests and take more conscious decisions for their academic and professional career. With the help of technology, students of any geographical position, economic or social standing, interact, discuss and take answers to their questions from mentors from Greece and abroad, through 20' live meetings and/or 100'' video-answers. So far, 320 schools from Fourfoura in Crete and Halki, to Arta and Evros, have been incorporated in the program with the support of 718 teachers, 1.657 mentors, and up to 23.272 participating students, who have had the opportunity to get inspired and connect with the contemporary labour market, through the comfort of their class.

Stella Kasdagli is the co-founder of Women On Top, a non profit organisation working to eliminate the obstacles that women still face in their quest for equal representation in the workplace. She is also the co-founder of the Bookworm online book club and of the Mentorkids mentoring network, which offers professional orientation mentoring to 15 to 18-year olds. She has been facilitating workshops around body image, social activation and the creative use of digital media for teens. She has studied French Literature in Athens, Greece, and Media Studies in London, and has worked for 10+ years as a women’s magazine and online editor. She has published eight books for the empowerment of girls, women and teens.
She lives in Athens with her husband and two daughters.
