The Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung and European Movement Ireland are delighted to invite you to an in-person event, 'Innovation & Competitiveness: 30 Years of the Single Market'.
This event will reflect on the past 30 years of the Single Market and impact it has made on Member States with a focus on Ireland and the innovative and competitive nature of it. The event will open with a keynote address from Commissioner Mairead McGuinness on the role the Single Market has played in shaping the European Union and where she expects further developments within Financial Services, Financial Stability and Capital Markets. This will be followed by a panel discussion reflecting on the impact on Ireland, its trade relation within the Single Market, particularly Germany, and how it has been a tool for innovation and competitiveness.
This is the second event in the series with European Movement Ireland in 2023.
