From 26th till 28th of November 2010 the Konrad-Adenauer-Foundation and the CR Irani Foundation organized the 2nd Editors Conclave on the topic of "Ethics and the Media" in Kolkata, India. The two day conference dealt with the ethical standards in the Indian print medium, the stands of the editorial integrity and the influence of the Indian Press Council and its role in providing an effective Code of Ethics.
