The Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) and the Centre for Public Affairs (CPA) preparing since 2009 a study on current developments of the party system in India. The aim of the study is a help to convey a better understanding of the party system and to highlight new aspects of the political system in India. The study focusses in particular on the political developments since the general parliamentary elections that took place in 2009.
