Event reports
The event was inaugurated by the Chief Guests Dr Karan Singh, Chairman of the Indian Council for Cultural Relations and MP, Lord Meghnad Desai, MP, House of Lords, UK and Dr. Florian Hartleb, University of Munich. Amongst others, topics like “Parliament and Accountability”, “Parliament´s Effectiveness in Law Making and Governance” and “Administering the Parliament” were addressed and the question of “is the Parliament declining” was raised.
The event was filled with distinguished experts from politics, science and media and attracted wide interest with its more than 50 participants.
