One of the important fields of the work of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation office in Kosovo, has been and is the process of integration of the Serb community into the institutional life in Kosovo and to promote the agreements that have been achieved so far by the dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia. Related with that, Konrad Adenauer Foundation presents a Policy brief entitled "Kosovo Parliamentary Elections 2014 - Serb community toward new political realities" prepared by our partners from the Center for Social Engagement (CSE) with the author's: Ivana Bozic, Milos Stanojkovic and Dina Milovanovic. The brief presents the perspective of Kosovo Serbs towards their integration into Kosovo institutions and the challenges and opportunities for their participation in the parliamentary elections 2014 in Kosovo. The analyse presents also different views of the Kosovo Serbs towards elections, the joint list and agreements reached so far between Serbia and Kosovo through the dialogue for the normalization of relations between the two countries.
