Workshop
Details
We are excited to announce the next workshop for our KAS Young Scholars for Excellence, happening on Saturday, 19 April 2025. This one-day interactive programme is designed to equip our scholars with two essential skills: critical thinking and storytelling methodologies.
Led by Shadaitul Mohd Zin, the workshop will guide participants through:
🔹 Critical Thinking Essentials – Understanding the thought process behind effective decision-making, differentiating facts from opinions, and identifying cognitive biases.
🔹 Structured Problem-Solving – Applying frameworks like SWOT analysis, the 5 Whys, and root cause analysis to real-world challenges.
🔹 The Power of Storytelling – Learning how to craft engaging narratives that influence, persuade, and create impact in academic and professional settings.
🔹 Practical Exercises & Case Studies – Scholars will have hands-on opportunities to develop and refine their skills through interactive group work and storytelling activities.
In today’s world, the ability to think critically and communicate effectively is more important than ever. This workshop will help our scholars sharpen their analytical skills while also mastering the art of storytelling—a powerful tool in leadership, advocacy, and professional growth.
This session is part of our ongoing commitment to empowering Malaysia’s future leaders. We look forward to an engaging and thought-provoking session with our scholars!
