The evolution of political blogging in French-speaking Sub-Saharan Africa

Political blogging in French-speaking sub-Saharan countries is a neglected area of research. The Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung therefore decided to investigate the conditions under which francophone blogging exists in Africa.
