In recent years, the Black Sea region has emerged as an area of growing geopolitical and economic significance. Situated at the crossroads of Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, it plays a crucial role in regional trade, energy transit, and security dynamics. The Black Sea has become a focal point for geopolitical competition amongst regional and global powers. Russia's annexation of Crimea in 2014, the war of aggression against Ukraine since 2022 and its ongoing military presence in the region have raised concerns among neighbouring countries and NATO allies about security and stability.
We bring together experts from Media, Politics, and the Military from the Black Sea region and beyond in order to facilitate constructive dialogue and exchange of ideas and good practices.
