Uukolonkadhi traditional leaders attending the One World no Hunger 2 Workshop.
A workshop took place in the village of Oshifo, Ruacana - Omusati Region. The One World No Hunger Project was invited by Acting Chief Malakia Shoombe of the Uukolonkadhi Traditional Authority, as there are prevailing existing conflicts when it comes to communal land use and land right use amongst the local communities.
One of the highlights of this workshop was the invitation of two representatives of the Communal Land Board from Outapi. They explained amongst other how Communal Land Boards, group rights and the awarding of communal land certificates function.
