- In 1967 Colonel Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu declared eastern Nigeria a sovereign state. The independent Republic of Biafra was founded. In memory of the late Ojukwu, Barrister Agbanu Jude evaluates lessons of the resulting Nigerian Civil War, which led to approximately one million deaths.
- The security situation remains tense. On March 8, the security expert Arthur Osareji analyzes current threats.
- Nigeria is a Federal Republic. But is the system really following the decentralized principle? Barrister Akaakan discusses this question on March 22.
- As well with a view to the federal system, Chief Ngoja puts the focus on local government on March 29. How can they work more effectively?
In Kaduna with Yanwaidi E. Zwahu (every Thursday, from 5-6 PM on FM Capital Sound 90.9)
- In Kaduna, the whole month is dedicated to the topic education. One of the core problems in Nigeria, especially in northern parts of the country, where in some States less than 5 per cent of the female population knows how to read or write. - On March 8, Francis Mutuah examines the concept of a holistic education system for today’s Nigeria.
- With their propaganda against western education, the terror sect Boko Haram takes a clear position. Jamaatul Nasril discusses on March 15 the influence of faith in the Nigerian education system.
