It is the first scientific work of this kind that analyzes the use of strategies and PR techniques in relation to the implementation of Ohrid Framework Agreement and examines the responsibility, role and approach in public communication by the relevant institutions and bodies in connection to the Agreement.
This scientific work confirms the importance of communication strategies and policies of cohesion and integration in improving intercultural relations in society. According to the author, the integration in the society cannot be affirmed without integration, connection and synchronization of the communication in the institutions themselves, and consequently in the communication with the public.
