On 1 and 2 September, KAS in cooperation with Party Research and Analytical Center "Ljubisa Georgievski" organizes a hybrid training for VMRO-DPMNE candidates for mayors, leaders of councilor lists and future stakeholders at local level titled Political Academy 2021: “Fostering democracy on local level - Building good policies and strategies for sustainable local development”.

The two-day training will focus on capacity building of the potential candidates of VMRO-DPMNE in preparation for the campaign for the local elections, but also the successful further management of the municipalities in the country.

The event will be opened by Daniel Braun, Official representative of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung.

Welcoming addresses will be given by David McAllister, Vice President of the European People's Party, Hristijan Mickoski, President of VMRO-DPMNE, as well as Stefan Andonovski, Head of the Party Research and Analytical Center "Ljubisa Georgievski".

The event will be organised in accordance with all safety protocols for coronavirus protection.
