This pilot project is implemented by Konrad Adenauer Foundation in partnership with Youth Can and it aims to build the capacity of the high school students to create their own sustainable council within the school system and act as multipliers.

The final activity of the project encompasses 4 day strategic planning for 25 members of the School council of SUGS “Nikola Karev”. During the final activity the students will be able to prepare their own model, structure, rules of procedures, priorities and action plan that will serve for the functioning of their School council.
