The developments in the transatlantic agenda in the last decade emphasize the need for continuous strengthening of the Euro-Atlantic alliance, especially in the light of NATO's evolving role and emerging threats. Greater solidarity, protection of the common values, and joint response for the challenges remain essential in the forthcoming period. The return of USA on the global scene, the re-engagement with Europe and the consolidation of the alliance will inevitably influence the region of the Balkans. The EU enlargement process, regional cooperation and the role that other countries have in the region will be among the topics discussed by the speakers:
