Personal marketing implies self-promotion, independent promotion of one's own events, achievements, victories, and even one's own failures, challenges and lessons learned. The goal of self-promotion is to increase personal visibility in front of others, thus increasing the possibility of employment, promotion, etc. A personal brand represents a self-promotion of one’s own strengths and qualities to a particular target group.
The training was aimed at developing and improving skills for successful self-representation, successful management of personal qualities and weaknesses, recognition of personal uniqueness, the uniqueness of the personal brand, as well as mastering techniques for successful self-promotion.
The participants at the training had the opportunity to get familiar with several techniques of self-presentation, building a personal and virtual brand, as well as the possibility to apply the mastered skills through practical exercises and simulations.
The training was conducted by Dr. Daniela Karadakov, a professor in the field of Human Resource Management at Business Academy Smilevski BAS, Skopje.
The training was followed by a pre-New Year celebration with our KAS alumni network. It was a great pleasure to see scholars and alumni from several generations in one place!
