With the attendance of numerous guests, Mr. Felix Dane, Resident Representative of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) to the Palestinian Autonomous Territories, Dr. Victor Batarseh, Mayor of Bethlehem, Dr. Musa Rabadi, Director of ICP, as well as representatives of the Ministry of Education and of the Bethlehem University handed out the certificates to the proud graduates. After that, the alumni and visitors were able to make the day perfect attending a luscious greeting.
The one-year degree programme in Public Administration, acknowledged by the Ministry of Education, is a unique appearance within the Territories, where there isn’t any enduring formation of administrative staff members aside this one. The studies are being offered since 2009 by ICP in cooperation with KAS Ramallah.
