As the first session for this year, Adenauer young fellows are in for an exciting lecture on "Democracy and Human Rights: Norms, law, enforcement, and what these mean in your corner of the world." Dr. Rosalie Hall, Professor and Scientist III of the University of the Philippines Visayas, will deliver the lecture. The lecture will center on legal and normative agreements about what comprises human rights and the debates around it.
