On May 27, KAS RECAP and the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) organized the second webinar for the Carbon Neutrality Dialogue series, namely “The Legal and Regulatory Issues on Carbon Capture, Utilization and Storage in Europe and Asia: A Comparative Perspective”. The webinar explored the current policies and governance of carbon capture, unitization and storage (CCUS) technology in East Asia and Europe, as well as its potential in Southeast Asia.
