On 8th and 9th March the Rule of Law Programme Asia and the Thai Administrative Court organised the conference "17 years of Thai Administrative Court: Towards the Enhancement of the Rule of Law and Social Justice" in Bangkok, Thailand.
Judges and administrative law experts from Thailand, France, Germany and Korea analysed current challenges to Administrative Justice and shared experiences with regard to possible responses.
