Details
Romania and the United States fo America signed on September, 13, 2011 the Agreement for the Installation of the Ballistic Defens System and the Strategic Partnership for the 21-st Century. On the other hand, the Strategic Concept of the NATO, adopted in November 2010 at Lisabon, stipulates the development of a NATO Rocket Defense System that could integrate the bilateral Romanian-US System. The conference aimd a balanced information of the press and civil society on the opportunities and risks of the initiatives and incourages a debate on the main implications for the security, on national, regional and transatlantic level.
