Details
Cooperation with the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia and offers in building the capacity of MPs is one of the tasks of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation. To this end, in cooperation with the „Institute for Public Policy“, we realised two seminars during February and March and May and June 2021 for more than 35 young parliamentarians.
The seminars covered topics for the work of each MP, such as the role and competencies of the parliament according to the Constitution and the legal system of RS, the attitude of the legislative power towards other branches of government, parliamentarism in Serbia and Communication between the Parliament, MPs and voters. The participants of the seminar also had the opportunity to talk with MPs from Germany and Serbia who have extensive experience in parliamentary work.
