Die inzwischen fünfte “Leadership Academy Armenia” brachte Nachwuchspolitiker aus sieben in der armenischen Nationalversammlung vertretenen Parteien zu einem Training zusammen.
In einem intensiven dreitägigen Training wurden die Teilnehmer nicht nur in theoretische Grundlagen der parteipolitischen Ideologien und Werte eingewiesen, sondern konnten in interaktiven Sektionen Kommunikationsmethoden anwenden und Wahlkampfstrategien erarbeiten. Die Akademie vor allem auch einen wichtigen Beitrag zur politischen Toleranz geleistet, indem es junge Mitglieder aus Regierungs- und Oppositionsparteien zusammenbrachte.
Die Veranstaltung fand in enger Kooperation mit Eduardo Frei Stiftung im Zeitraum vom 9. bis 11. August in Tsakhkadzor/Armenien statt.
