The event will take place at the Mwalimu Nyerere Memorial Academy in Dar es Salaam, one year after the MNMA launched their new ‘Leadership, Ethics and Governance Training Programme’.
While Tanzania is rich in natural resources, a significant part of its population remains severely underdeveloped and the country’s resource wealth has not yet generated high economic growth. Against this background, the primary objective of MNMA and KAS is to strengthen the principles of good governance and ethical leadership through capacity-building measures aimed at current and future public servants.
