About 300 students from secondary schools and colleges are expected to attend the event at the St. Augustine University of Tanzania in Mwanza on 24th October 2014. KAS and CETA are hosting the discussion.

After a presentation by father Dr. Aidan Msafiri on “Sustainable Use of Natural Resources - Gold Mining in the Lake Zone” the participants shall be sensitized on the sustainable use of Tanzania's vast natural resources. Under the slogan "Your turn!", participatory concepts will be presented on how the youth can actively invole themselves. During discussions these concepts shall be further developed by the students.

In 2013, KAS and CETA had organized a similar event on Tanzania's Southern coastal town of Mtwara.
