On the 15th of June 2013, Richard Shaba, Programme Coordinator of KAS Tanzania will travel to Kibiriti in the Southern Coastal Region to facilitate a workshop for members of JUWAQUTA, the countrywide organisation for teachers of Qu'ran schools.

Details

The focus of the one-day event will be on religious peace and tolerance. For many years, KAS Tanzania has been working with JUWAQUTA to strenghthen the teachers of Qu'ran schools in promoting tolerance. By training and providing information to the different religious communities in Tanzania, KAS is aiming in facilitating the interfaith dialogue in the country and hence contributes to a future in peace and harmony.
