Details
On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Federal Constitutional Court, the Konrad Adenauer Foundation's overseas office in Thailand is organizing an exchange between representatives of the German and Thai Constitutional Courts as well as legal scholars and academics from both countries.
The aim of the event is to present achievements of the German Constitutional Court in promoting democracy, rule of law and separation of powers in the last seven decades, to exchange experiences and to reflect on the further development of the judiciary according to international standards and contemporary legal principles and procedures.
