The President of the Constitutional Court of Thailand, H.E. Wasan Soypisudh, will give the keynote speech to open the event followed by a background report by the Secretary-General of OCC, Dr. Chaowana Traimas. KAS representative to Thailand and legal expert, Mr. Clauspeter Hill, will be giving the special lecture on the subject matter.
