There are more “Building Control Act” cases brought to court and an increase of laws and regulations. Both of which raised the amount of problems with the execution of these cases. For example, the administrative agencies look for contractors to demolish a building, but the cost estimation is done by a separate committee. Other issues might be that the owner of the building is not cooperative or that the building is not ready to be demolished as the building structure is too weak. The court therefore needs to train their officials in handling these matters and make sure that the court personnel have sufficient knowledge about the act. Also, they always pursue the development of the court according to international standards and modern legal principles and procedures.
