This brainstorming seminar, co-organised by the Institute of Public Policy Studies (IPPS) and Local Information Centre for Development of Ratchabhat Nakorn Ratchasrima University, has main objective to discuss about public approaches to the second political reform after the military coup in September 2006 and to analyse the Constitution of Thailand of 1997.
