Following the opening remarks of Euzobia Baine, Chairperson of ACFODE, a special guest will continue to hold the keynote address: "Gender and The Refugee Crisis, Who Feels the Brunt". After a panel discussion on female refugees in settlements, KAS and ACFODE will officially launch the Arise Magazine Issue 64: "The Refugee Crisis: A Women’s Rights Issue".
