Makerere has finally re-opened and Makerere University Convocation(MUC) in conjunction with Konrad -Adenauer –Stiftung (KAS) are welcoming back students and the public with a high level public dialogue on the theme “Six years of multi party system - What is the state of multi party democracy in Uganda?”. The half day high intellectual dialogue will provide the public with a free atmosphere for a cross examination and in depth analysis on the state of Uganda’s multiparty democracy since its inception in 2005.
