The workshop is part of a series of training programmes conducted by WOTODEV with the support of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung. The training programmes targets women from major political parties. The aim is to equip them with skills and tactics for effective participation in the multi-party democratic process, to be able to influence party decision making processes and to access leadership portfolios both within their parties as well as at the local government and national levels
