The topics discussed include constitutionalism and respect the principals of democratic governance. Participants are drawn from across the different political parties, members of the district local government, civil servants, religious leaders and the civil society. The Jinja workshop workshop coming a few days to the general election scheduled for February 18th presents a unique platform for discussing issues relating to the second multiparty election.
