The LéO Africa Institute this year organizes the third conference of this kind, and brings together leaders in government, academia, civil society and the private sector from across the region to brainstorm on how economies in the region can create decent jobs for the growing youthful population, and find ways to stem the growing income inequality that is threatening regional security and stability.
