At the event, UCEP will present the key findings of its monitoring report that includes the results of Association Agreement implementation for the period: 2020 - the first half of the year 2021 . The research reveals a number of issues, the most important of which will form the base of the online discussion.
The honoured guests from Ukraine (Maria Mezenceva, Deputy Chairperson of the Committee on Ukraine’s Integration into the European Union; Ivanna Klympush-Tsintsadze, Chairperson of the Committee on Ukraine’s Integration into the European Union; Oleksandr Irkhin, Deputy Head of the External Relations Directorate General - Head of the EU and NATO Division of the Directorate for Foreign Policy of the Office of the President of Ukraine) and the ones from abroad, whose activity is related to the implementation of the Association agreement, will discuss the following issues:

  • What are decisive issues in successful euro-integration reforms in Ukraine?
  • Why in some sectors Ukraine is demonstrating positive dynamics while in other sectors we are still far behind?
  • Is it possible to implement Association Agreement provisions without strong political motivation in the form of membership perspective?
  • How deep Ukraine can be integrated into the EU? Which EU member states are ready for this and which are not and why?
  • How to make Ukraine politically visible for EU member states?
