Diary of the international conference “Black Sea Synergy” on October 21-23, organized by Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung in cooperation with the Polish-Ukrainian Cooperation Foundation (PAUCI), the Odessa City Council and the Center for US-Ukrainian Relations (CUSUR).
