The Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) is a political foundation, inspired by Christian democratic values, committed to fostering democracy and the rule of law, to implementing social and market-economic structures and to promoting human rights in Europe and worldwide.
We are looking for socially or politically engaged students and doctoral candidates from all disciplines who can prove that they have German language skills at level B2 of the European Framework of Reference. Additionally, excellent academic performance and a positive attitude towards democracy, pluralism and human rights are also required. In addition to financial support, our scholarship holders benefit in particular from:
access to an international network of more than 15,000 scholarship holders and former scholarship holders of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung,
an extensive seminar programme to accompany their studies and the opportunity to organise seminars and events on their own initiative,
personal support during your studies and career planning by the advisors of the Foreigners' Support Office and our trusted lecturers at the universities.
