Within the framework of its Programme for the Promotion of Democracy in West Africa, the Konrad Adenauer Foundation (KAF) supports since 1994, in partnership with the NGO Centre Afrika Obota (CAO) and the national TV-station ORTB a TV transmission on civic education.
