Egypt's Border Position

Die historischen und rechtlichen Grundlagen der Àgyptischen Beziehungen zum Gaza-Streifen

Following the ceasefire between Israel and Hamas, negotiations revolve around securing the Egyptian border to the Gaza Strip. Cairo justifies this policy with a legal position which, although plausible, is politically unproductive. This country report explains and analyzes the background. (in German)
