Pacific Islands Political Studies Association (PIPSA) Conference 2025
A two-day in-person conference running again for the first time since the pandemic.
Konrad Adenauer Stiftung (Australia) is pleased to support the 2025 Pacific Islands Political Studies Association’s (PIPSA) Conference this year.
Scheduled to be held on 20/21 February at the Te Herenga Waka – Victoria University of Wellington in New Zealand, the in person conference is themed “The Pacific Islands: Zone of Peace or Ocean of Discontent?”, and features various expert speakers from all over the Pacific region. There will be numerous panel discussions and roundtables to discuss Pacific affairs, including the Changing Geopolitics in Oceania, Political Instability in the Pacific, and Environment, Conservation and Disaster Management.
