As Israel celebrates its 60th anniversary, bilateral relations between Israel and Europe have never been stronger. Economic partnership is growing in mutually beneficial ways. Security cooperation is strengthening both through NATO and the EU. Political coordination has markedly improved. And scientific and cultural exchanges are thriving.

Israel and the EU are poised to give substance to the upgrade in their relation in the course of the next few months. This event, organised by the Transatlantic Institute (TAI) and the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS), intends to explore the potential for growth in this already thriving relationship.
