Details
The topic of the first seminar, held in Salta, Argentina was "Water as a scarce and necessary resource: challenges for its sustainable use".
The second seminar, held in San Pedro de Atacama, Chile was about "Production models and water resources for the region's development: the challenges of economic growth with environmental sustainability".
The third and final International Seminar of the Series "Atacama-Lipez" will be held later this year in Sucre, Bolivia, on the 2nd and 3nd of December. The event will be attended by prominent political actors and experts from different countries, who will discuss the institutional models for sustainable water management in the region.
