Europeans awoke on February 24th to find that the world as they had known it existed no more. Russia's war of aggression had upended the order of peace and justice that many Europeans had until then taken for granted. Our panel, featuring high-level representatives from a range of backgrounds, will discuss the existential questions that now confront Germany, the UK and Europe as a whole.
