Speaking on "Important Global Skills for Tomorrow", he said that the world of work is changing faster than ever, and that the skills that are important today can be quite different in the world of tomorrow. In the future, a range of skills would be needed, from soft skills such as teamwork, empathy, critical thinking, and the willingness to learn, to data literacy. He added that it is not enough to be innovative or cooperative; it is also about knowing when to apply these skills and how to use them in a business context.
