Twenty years after the fall of the wall the Government Communication Conference in Budva showed that the standards and quality of political communication in South East Europe are on the rise.

On invitation from the KAS Media Program South East Europe, the Montenegrin Government and UNDP Montenegro, as well with the support of the US Embassy in Podgorica, governmental speakers and heads of communication departments gathered in Budva, in order to establish networks and exchange experiences with well-known communication experts from Germany, the EU and the US.
